I like to rank things.  I like to debate which is better. I like to quantify the subjective. So here we are.

This blog will contain rankings on all sorts of things. Sports, geography, movies, TV, history, games…I’ll even rank days of the week. In most cases, they’ll just be opinion, but sometimes they’ll actually be factual. When necessary I’ll clarify the distinction, but I think in most cases you’ll be able to tell. If it says “Top 5 Most Populous Countries in Africa”, then you can safely assume I’m not making it up as I go along.

 I debated how many things to put in each list. Three seemed too restrictive, while sorting out ten would probably be overwhelming. Plus, I have a fun history with Top Five lists. Eric, Mahoney, and I spent a few hours making them up on one fateful road trip to West Virginia.

Please feel free to ridicule my selections in the Comments section, or offer your own list of five. But remember…my list is actually right.
